How to Have More Energy in the Morning? – Wake up More Energized

Here are some tips for waking up fresh and ready to go!
First, pull up the shades after you wake up. Or take a short walk outside in the morning sun for a little bit. Next, make sure protein is a part of your breakfast, it helps even out blood sugar levels. Shown on the video: yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, toast with peanut butter. In mid morning try to sip a quarter of a glass of water every 15 minutes. Finally drink green tea or white tea.. they will give you more energy than black tea, since they are not fermented.
